Net Community Church is a pastor/elder led body. This team of individuals will be held accountable to make decisions for the direction and focus of the church based on the prompting of the Holy Spirit. An elder, by scriptural definition, is an individual who shepherds through protecting, teaching, leading, managing and caring for the practical need's of Jesus' people.

Derrick Taylor
Lead Pastor

Derrick Taylor is the Lead Pastor and founder of Net Community Church. Derrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. Derrick and his wife Ailee live in the Staunton Community, and simply have a passion to see people develop and grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ. The Taylor’s have witnessed the life-changing power of Christ in their own lives and strongly desire for others to experience the same. Derrick and Ailee have three children; Alivia, Lucy and Faith.

Adam Anglin is the Associate Pastor at Net Community Church. With over 10 years of ministry experience, Adam is passionate about helping people of all ages connect with Jesus Christ and grow in their faith. Adam and his wife, Gabby, live in Carlinville, where they serve in various capacities throughout the community. The Anglins have experienced the transformative power of Christ in their own lives and are dedicated to sharing that hope with others. Adam and Gabby have three children, Rosalind, Oscar, and Celia.​

Robert Semanik
Care Pastor/Elder ​

Robert Semanik is the Care Pastor and an Elder of Net Community Church. Robert and his wife Lori live in Staunton, and are passionate about caring for those in need within Net Community Church and the surrounding communities. Robert and Lori have two children; Christian and Stephanie and one grandchild, Emerson.
