Our mission at Net Community Church is to “Equip ordinary people to know and share the Good News of Jesus Christ.” How do we do that? By our Vision: Know God. Love Others. Serve the Community.
If you have a desire to join us in our mission, you can do so by following your next step, as you connect, learn, give and grow as a follower of Jesus and member of Net Community. Wherever you find yourself, we are excited to assist you in growing in your faith as a disciple of Jesus Christ.

CONNECT
This step is simple, and yet, it will be the most important step you will take in your faith journey. Attend Sunday services and connect with our Savior, Jesus Christ, as well as the loving body of believers here at Net Community. Receiving Christ and going public with your faith in baptism is how every believer’s journey begins. Whether you are 7 or 97, choosing to follow Jesus is the best decision you will ever make here on earth!
LEARN
Learn more about your faith and how to grow as a believer in our Net Foundations class. We encourage everyone to take this class once. We hold a six week session annually. To find out when our next session is, email [email protected].
Learn more about Net Community Church at our Net Values session. Explore our history, vision and mission with the senior leadership of our church. This is a one time class that is held quarterly. To find out when our next session is, email [email protected].
Learn about the unique spiritual gifts God has given you in our Net Discovery session. We will explore what spiritual gifts are and how we can use them to honor God. Net Discovery is a foundational Community Group that is held annually. To find out when our next session is, email [email protected].

GIVE
An expectation we have of all members of our church is to give as the Bible commands. We invite you to give of your time by finding a Sunday morning volunteer team to be a part of. You can find a list of our teams and learn about how to get involved, here. Another thing that God asks us to do is give of our resources, our first fruits monetarily. GROW
As believers, we are never done growing. As long as we are breathing, God still has work for us to do! How and where we need to grow looks different for all of us, but there are some things we recommend to help you:
-Join a Community Group: These groups are typically six to eight week sessions that study different topics or books of the Bible together. We highly encourage everyone to attend whether you are a new believer or you've followed Jesus for many years. You can find more information or see upcoming community group listings here.
-Daily Bible reading, prayer, repentance and the sharing of your faith. These are all things God has asked us to do as we walk with Him. These are all topics we also cover in our Net Foundations class. Join us in this class to learn more about how to build up these daily habits of faith.
-Becoming a Covenant Member: After you have attended our Net Values session you will have the opportunity to commit to becoming a Covenant Member of Net Community Church. Covenant Members do not get any “exclusive perks” and are not considered better than other attenders, it’s simply the opportunity to let us know that you are committed to partnering with us as we work to push back darkness and spread the Good News of Jesus Christ in the Staunton area and beyond. However, per the church constitution and by-laws, Covenant Members do have voting rights within the church body when larger mission/vision items are proposed for a congregational vote.
